These terms govern your use of SEO Blog Writer: the WordPress plugin, the article generation service at dev.seoblogwriter.envoysoft.me and this website, provided by Envoy Soft LLC (“Envoy Soft”, “we”, “us”). By subscribing to or using SEO Blog Writer you agree to them.
Who sells to you
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscription and license key
SEO Blog Writer is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Your subscription ID is your license key: keep it private, because anyone with it can use your allowance. Each subscription includes the number of articles shown on the Pricing page, currently 7 per calendar month (UTC), shared by every site that uses the key. A free trial includes 3 articles in total and becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. Unused articles do not carry over, and articles that fail to generate do not count. We may change prices or the monthly allowance for future billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice by email.
The plugin
The plugin code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. Your subscription pays for the service: article generation on our server, updates and support. Generation and updates require an active subscription.
Your content and your responsibility
Articles and their featured images are created by AI models (OpenAI) from the information you provide. They can contain errors, outdated statements or invented facts. You must review every article before publishing it, and you are responsible for what you publish, including its accuracy, its legality and its compliance with search engine policies. As far as the law allows, the articles you generate are yours; we claim no ownership of them.
Acceptable use
You may not use SEO Blog Writer to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, hateful or infringes anyone’s rights, to mass-produce spam or doorway pages, or in breach of OpenAI’s usage policies. You may not try to get around the monthly allowance, share your key publicly, request previews of websites you are not allowed to work on, or interfere with our servers. We may suspend a key that breaks these rules; where possible we will contact you first.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. It depends on third parties such as OpenAI, Paddle and our hosting providers.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time through the link in your Paddle receipt email or by contacting us. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Liability
SEO Blog Writer is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost rankings, traffic, revenue or data, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will email subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
