If you are not happy with SEO Blog Writer, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and it will be refunded in full. Renewal payments are not refunded. A free trial is not a payment: the 14 days start with the first payment after the trial.
How to ask
Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, find your order at paddle.net, or email us at licenses@envoysoft.me with the email address you used at checkout.
What happens next
The refund goes back to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, usually 5 to 10 business days. The subscription is cancelled and the license key stops working. Articles you already generated stay on your site.
Cancelling without a refund
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel before your next renewal date to stop being charged; renewals and partial periods are not refunded.
