Install
- Subscribe on the Pricing page. After payment the page shows your license key (it starts with
sub_) and we email it to you. - Download the plugin with your key:
https://dev.seoblogwriter.envoysoft.me/wp-admin/admin-post.php?action=sbwls_download&key=YOUR-KEY(replace YOUR-KEY with your license key; the link works while your subscription is active). - In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, click Install Now, then Activate.
- Go to SEO Blog Writer → Settings, paste the key into License key, click Save, then Check now. The status changes to Active.
Subscribe from inside WordPress
If the plugin is installed without a key, WordPress shows a notice with a Subscribe button (also under SEO Blog Writer → Settings). It opens our checkout. After payment you are sent back to your Settings page automatically, with the key saved and checked; there is nothing to paste. Already have a key? Click “I already have a key” and paste it.
Settings explained
- License key: your subscription key. Check now asks our server for its status straight away; otherwise it is checked daily.
- Business name and About the business: what you do, where, for whom, what makes you different, proof points. Facts only: the articles repeat them.
- Services: one per line, optionally
Service | https://link-to-service-page. Service mode writes about these, and the links become internal link targets. - Target audience / location, Tone of voice, Language and Target word count: shape every article.
- Post status: Draft (recommended), Pending review or Publish immediately.
- Category and Author: where new posts are filed and who they are credited to (by default, whoever clicks Generate).
Generate articles
Go to SEO Blog Writer → Generate. Enter keywords, one per line (up to 20 per submission), or tick services, add optional extra instructions, and click Generate. Each article becomes a background job; jobs start 20 seconds apart and each takes a minute or two. New posts appear under Posts, where the “AI generated” filter lists them all. Read, edit and publish them as you would any draft.
Retry and clear the queue
The Recent jobs table on the Generate page shows each job with a link to its draft, word count and tokens used, or the error. Temporary errors are retried once automatically. A failed job has a Retry button. While jobs are waiting, a notice shows how many with a Clear queue button; a job that is already running still finishes. “Running (stale)” means your host stopped the process: click Retry.
WP-Cron
Jobs run through WP-Cron, which WordPress triggers on page visits. On a quiet site jobs start when someone loads a page, and you browsing the admin counts. If your host sets DISABLE_WP_CRON, the Generate page warns you; add a real cron job that requests https://your-site.com/wp-cron.php every few minutes, or queued articles will not run.
Monthly limit
A subscription includes 7 articles per calendar month (UTC), shared by every site that uses the key; a free trial includes 3 in total. Failed articles do not count. The Generate page shows “Articles this month: X of 7” (X of 3 during the trial); at the limit the Generate button is disabled until the allowance renews.
Updates
Updates arrive through the normal WordPress updates screen (Dashboard → Updates, or automatically if you turn on auto-updates for the plugin) while your subscription is active. WordPress checks about twice a day.
Use your key on a second site
Install the plugin on the other site with the same download link, paste the same key in Settings and click Check now. All sites on one key share its 7 articles a month; for a separate allowance, buy a second subscription.
Cancel
Use the “manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact us. Generation and updates continue until the end of the period you paid for. Your posts stay on your site, and you can deactivate and delete the plugin at any time. See the refund policy for refunds.
